Not a fan of Apple? There are plenty of excellent Android tablets on the market that have proved to be a solid choice and viable iPad alternative. Samsung’s tablets are particularly impressive and when you can score a decent discount, that’s even better. Amazon has slashed prices on select Galaxy Tab S9 models right now, with the S9 Plus model hitting $700. That’s the lowest price we’ve seen. But these record lows may not last long.
The cost of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Plus has fallen to $700 for the 256GB model and to $850 for the 512GB version. This equates to savings of $200 off their typical retail prices. These Plus models sport a larger display (12.4-inch AMOLED), higher storage and a dual-lens camera as opposed to a single camera on the standard S9 tablet.
Looking for something smaller and more portable? The 256GB model of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 is also available at Amazon for $770 right now, but we’ve seen a lower price on this model before, so the S9 Plus is likely a better deal for most people. That said, this tablet sports an 11-inch AMOLED display, Dolby Audio and the incredibly fast Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip and may still be worth considering.
